Cognition Initiatives uses a systematic approach while designing content that is customized to address the client’s requirements. We use the 5 –Step approach:

Define the target population for training
List the tasks to be performed by the target population on the job
List the skills, competencies and knowledge needed to do the tasks
Narrow down the skills and knowledge to be taught
Organize the selected skills and knowledge into suitable teaching units (modules) and develop the training design which includes outlines of module, main content and planned training methods
