Traditional approaches to learning solutions are no longer equipped to deliver the business impact that organizations need. A more dynamic, agile approach to designing performance-centric learning systems is the need of the hour.

Cognition Initiatives uses a systematic approach while designing content that is customized to address the client’s requirements. We use the 5 –Step approach:

  • Define the target population for training
  • List the tasks to be performed by the target population on the job
  • List the skills, competencies and knowledge needed to do the tasks
  • Narrow down the skills and knowledge to be taught
  • Organize the selected skills and knowledge into suitable teaching units (modules) and develop the training design which includes outlines of module, main content and planned training methods
